Return Policy
We at K. Alexander are highly committed to every customer’s satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful, so our knowledgeable and talented product specialists are here to help you select the proper product the first time. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
If a return is necessary, your sales associate will help you facilitate the return. Please contact your sales associate directly. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for the return. See below for more information.
Defective Product: Most of our products come standard with a one-year warranty from the manufacturer and a one-year labor warranty from K. Alexander Kitchen and Bath. Please speak directly with your sales associate for details. If you purchased an extended warranty with a product that is accepted for a return, you will be refunded the extended warranty price directly from All- State. If your product is defective upon arrival, you must notify your sales associate within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If you notice a defect after 48 hours, please contact the manufacturer directly. The contact information for the manufacturer is in the literature that comes with the product. Damaged Product: All of our shipments are 100% insured and products damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to the customer. Products will be delivered by one of our delivery crews for all local deliveries. Local delivery is within a 25-mile radius of our warehouse. Please note anything exceeding the 25-mile radius may be subject to freight. Upon delivery, we ask that you inspect your product for any damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to not accept the delivery. Please note on the delivery ticket any damage. We will then contact you to schedule another delivery. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact your sales associate directly regarding the cancellation or return. All products must be free from cosmetic and/or internal damage depending on the item. There will be a 25% restocking fee per item returned. Any special order or custom item is not eligible for return. Any item that has been attempted to be installed or installed will not be eligible for a return. Any shipping and handling charges directly from our warehouse are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.
The customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions published above when purchasing an item with K. Alexander Kitchen and Bath. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by the same terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
